Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious IT Specialist, potentially a graduate of Application Development or System Integration, or an Informatics student, who is ready to connect technology and people for major clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensively documenting entire systems, focusing specifically on information and data flow. A critical component of the job is supporting First-Level Service by analyzing and resolving error situations encountered by customers. Furthermore, the specialist will be responsible for documenting the production process based on the source code. The position requires a strong background in networking concepts (TCP/IP, IP addressing, ports) and experience with specific database technologies like SQL and Firebird.
