Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious IT professional to serve as an Application Manager, ensuring the smooth and secure operation of critical specialized applications for the client. Day-to-day responsibilities involve comprehensive application lifecycle management, including meticulous documentation, release planning (upgrades/updates), change control, and proactive problem management. A core function is providing essential 2nd-level support and expert guidance to key users and departments, involving detailed fault analysis and proposing viable solution alternatives. Furthermore, the manager maintains vital communication with the Security team regarding Identity and Access Management (IAM) and certificates. Candidates must possess a completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a strong IT qualification, coupled with relevant professional experience in application management. Success in this position requires a self-reliant, goal-oriented work ethic and very strong German language skills (C1). The position offers an unrestricted contract and flexible working arrangements, including mobile work options.
