Job Summary

This Junior Development Engineer role focuses on creating and optimizing production test equipment and processes for electronic assemblies. Day-to-day responsibilities include actively participating in the development of testing strategies, test concepts, and specific test equipment, such as In-Circuit Tests, End-of-Line Tests, and functional tests. The engineer will also oversee commissioning and optimize test sequences for mass production. A key function involves collaborating with the product development team to ensure optimal testability and quality assurance in serial manufacturing (Design for Testing). The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, possesses foundational knowledge of electronics, measurement/testing equipment, and hardware-related software development, and is proficient in both German and English.
