Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position as Project Manager, Electrical and Data Networks, involves taking responsibility for municipal high-rise construction projects for the Central Building Management Office of Dessau-Roßlau. The core function is leading construction measures related to Technical Building Equipment (TGA), specifically electrical and data systems. Day-to-day tasks include project development, scope clarification, managing timelines, overseeing tendering and procurement processes, construction supervision, and ensuring complete documentation. Candidates must possess a university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in a relevant technical field, such as Electrical, Communication, Information, or Telecommunications Technology, strong project management and negotiation skills, and a Class B driver's license. At least two years of professional experience is considered advantageous.
