Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional ready to join a leading IT solutions provider experiencing significant market growth. The IT Support and Rollout Specialist will be crucial in providing 1st and 2nd Level support, delivering remote assistance to IT users nationwide. Day-to-day tasks involve managing around 2000 Windows 10 clients, administering systems, handling installations, and providing essential application support for tools like Microsoft, Office 365, and Cisco VoIP. A core responsibility is the independent processing and documentation of all disturbances and inquiries within the ticketing system, alongside central software distribution. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification or extensive professional experience in IT support, coupled with a high degree of team orientation and customer service mentality. Expertise in Windows, Google environments, and mobile device administration is required, along with mandatory very good German skills.
