This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support to employees at the Munich location of a renowned company with a modern IT landscape. Key daily tasks include the installation, configuration, and commissioning of IT endpoints such as PCs, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices. The specialist will be responsible for comprehensive troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network interface issues, managing user accounts and access rights, and meticulously documenting all processes within the ticketing system. They will also collaborate closely with the central IT Service Desk and assist with IT rollouts and internal projects. Candidates should possess completed IT training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) and practical experience in onsite IT support. Required technical knowledge includes proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking technologies, and common hardware.
