You will be responsible for administering user accounts and access rights, utilizing tools such as Active Directory and Microsoft 365, and participating in IT system rollouts and updates. A key requirement is meticulous documentation of all incidents and solutions within a ticketing system, alongside contributing to the continuous improvement of IT support processes. The ideal candidate must hold a completed IT qualification, possess strong communication skills, and have experience with ticketing and remote tools.
