Job Summary

This role involves ensuring stable IT services and efficient daily operations within a modern, international IT landscape for a renowned company located in Northern Munich. The 3rd Level IT Supporter will primarily focus on the administration and operation of internal IT services, providing 2nd and potentially 3rd level support for internal services, and coordinating external service providers for support and projects. A key responsibility includes maintaining the internal knowledge database and creating comprehensive documentation. Candidates must possess completed IT training or be career changers with strong IT knowledge, particularly in the Microsoft environment (Windows Clients/Server, Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange, MS 365/Azure). The position requires a structured, thorough working style, high commitment, service orientation, and flexibility for on-call duties and maintenance outside standard office hours.

Experience

  • Professional experience in internal IT service administration and operation
  • Experience providing 2nd and/or 3rd level technical support
