Job Summary

This crucial role involves independently managing all material scheduling tasks within the Federal Warehouse Logistics (BEL) to guarantee the reliable supply of spare parts for safety-critical mechatronic energy systems used across aviation, defense, and rail sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include the comprehensive processing and management of ordering procedures, meticulous maintenance and updating of material master data and disposition parameters, and handling complaint resolution. The ideal candidate must possess a completed commercial or material planning qualification and bring several years of professional experience in material planning, ideally within a technical or highly safety-critical environment. Essential requirements include excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, coupled with analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working methods.
