Job Summary

This position is for an experienced 2nd Level Support Specialist to join a stable, traditional company in Hamburg specializing in complex technical systems for maritime and security applications. The core responsibility involves taking technical ownership of sophisticated IT systems, focusing on the analysis and resolution of complex IT incidents to ensure high system availability. Day-to-day tasks include processing and resolving 2nd Level IT disruptions, developing sustainable solutions, maintaining and advancing the core IT infrastructure, and supporting software rollouts and system updates. You will also be responsible for detailed documentation of support cases and technical solutions, working closely with IT Security, Network Administration, and external service providers. Key requirements include professional experience in IT support, strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems, and familiarity with networking and ITIL processes. Required Skills

Education
