Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced (Senior) Financial Controller to join a large industrial company north of Munich, operating within an exciting international environment. The core focus involves managing the full controlling cycle for entities across the DACH region. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing cost and performance monitoring, conducting detailed analysis of operating results, preparing essential monthly reports and forecasts, and contributing significantly to the annual budgeting process. A critical component of the role is collaborating on quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with both IFRS and HGB standards. Candidates must hold a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, coupled with a minimum of three years of professional experience. Success requires very strong verbal and written proficiency in both German and English.
