Job Summary

This role is based within an internationally active, mid-sized company specializing in the development and production of high-quality technical devices in the Stuttgart region. The Test Technician will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical tests on assemblies and products, ensuring alignment with the latest technology standards. Key daily tasks include documenting and evaluating test results to support ongoing development processes, as well as setting up and continuously improving test facilities and rigs. The successful candidate will also be involved in selecting appropriate measuring instruments (both hardware and software), conducting technical analysis of new components, and benchmarking competitor products. To qualify, candidates must possess a Certified Technician degree, ideally in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, coupled with several years of professional experience in testing, development, or quality assurance. Strong knowledge of measurement technology and fluency in German, alongside good working knowledge of English, are essential for coordinating with suppliers and internal departments.
