Job Summary

This role involves supporting key IT systems, primarily focusing on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module operations within a major regional distribution network operator. The Key User will be responsible for creating and maintaining documents and data within IT systems, generating reports, and managing ongoing processes. Key daily tasks include handling incoming calls and inquiries, assessing defects in the maintenance cockpit, planning necessary measures, and commissioning maintenance work via SAP PM. The ideal candidate possesses a completed commercial or technical vocational qualification and relevant professional experience in commercial or technical administration. Strong communication skills, high self-reliance, and independent work habits are essential for coordinating effectively with partner companies and ensuring reliable system operation.
