Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive IT system and application administration, focusing heavily on client management, support, and infrastructure maintenance within a dynamic concert venue environment (Elbphilharmonie and Laeiszhalle). Day-to-day tasks include performing 1st and 2nd level onsite support, administering client systems, managing the client lifecycle (including software distribution and inventory), and maintaining core systems like Active Directory and Windows Servers. The administrator will also be responsible for supporting and administering Microsoft Cloud systems (M365, Exchange, SharePoint) and specialized applications (ticketing, finance, DMS). Key requirements include a completed IT degree or vocational training, professional experience in client and application support, and strong knowledge of Windows Server administration and M365 environments. This position offers a unique chance to ensure the smooth operation of critical IT infrastructure for a prestigious cultural institution, requiring flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work.
