Job Summary

Join the IT Helpdesk and Client Management team at Elbphilharmonie and Laeiszhalle Betriebsgesellschaft as an IT Systems and Application Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle client management, including software distribution and inventory, along with administering client systems. You'll provide 1st, 2nd-level, and onsite support, manage cloud systems (primarily Microsoft), and handle Active Directory and server administration for specialized applications like financial accounting and ticketing systems. Your day-to-day will also involve developing desktop environments, deploying software packages, monitoring Windows updates, and optimizing the helpdesk system. This position offers a dynamic environment where your expertise in IT administration and customer service will be crucial in ensuring smooth IT operations across various locations.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a degree in IT

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT system and application administration
  • Professional experience in client management (hardware and software)
  • Professional experience in application support and administration
  • Professional experience in Windows Server administration, especially Active Directory
  • Professional experience in M365 user and client management, Exchange, SharePoint
  • Professional experience in automating processes, e.g., via PowerShell scripting
