Head of Production Planning and Control | Leiter Produktionsplanung und Steuerung (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This senior leadership position requires taking full technical, financial, and personnel responsibility for the Planning and Control department within an industrial environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth production operations by overseeing all aspects of production planning and operational steering. Key responsibilities include organizing and coordinating deadlines with both internal departments and external partners, maintaining and optimizing the Operational Data Acquisition (BDE) and IT planning systems, and leading inventory management processes. The role demands significant experience in supply chain and production planning leadership, coupled with expert application knowledge of SAP PP and MM modules. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating capacity and personnel plans for budgeting purposes, managing manufacturing orders, and ensuring timely procurement of materials. This is a critical role offering the opportunity to report directly to production and executive management, driving efficiency and strategic planning across the manufacturing lifecycle.
