Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated professional to integrate, commission, and configure advanced software and hardware components within the sophisticated Communication Management Systems of the German Navy. Day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous analysis, error diagnosis, and systematic troubleshooting of complex systems, requiring close coordination with development teams. The specialist will actively contribute innovative ideas for system improvement, manage IT lifecycle processes, and prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including test specifications. A critical component of the job involves planning and executing functional verification tests, both in the test field and aboard naval vessels, ensuring adherence to stringent quality and safety standards. Candidates must possess a technical degree or equivalent professional training, coupled with expertise in Linux and Windows Server environments, network protocols, and experience integrating complex IT systems.
