The core responsibilities involve the independent management of chemical experiments, encompassing planning, preparation, execution, and detailed evaluation. A significant part of the role is operating complex equipment, including various calorimeters and reactor systems, and subsequently interpreting the resulting data. The Scientist will lead projects aimed at optimizing production processes, specifically enhancing efficiency and safety aspects. Key requirements include a PhD in Organic Chemistry or Chemical Process Engineering, strong theoretical and practical knowledge of analytical chemistry and calorimetric methods, and familiarity with technical regulations concerning plant safety and hazardous materials. Success in this role demands meticulous documentation according to QM and safety guidelines (TRGS/TRAS, DGUV) and effective communication of risk analyses in German, offering long-term career stability within a leading international corporation.
