Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Systems Administrator to manage a comprehensive, diverse IT landscape, encompassing both on-premise services and critical cloud platforms, specifically Office 365 and Azure. Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent evaluation, testing, and integration of new software solutions through self-directed projects. The administrator will be responsible for rigorous monitoring, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of the central infrastructure, providing essential 2nd-level support, and integrating new devices into the Operational Technology (OT) environment. A key component of the role is the creation and maintenance of detailed system documentation, including configuration details and troubleshooting guides. Candidates must possess a higher IT education or significant practical experience in system administration, strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, and core network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). The position requires a self-motivated approach, understanding of project management, and fluent communication skills in both German and English.
