Job Summary

This role focuses on optimizing and managing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment. The professional will conduct comprehensive analyses of existing systems, pinpointing redundancies and integration challenges to drive efficiency. Key responsibilities include the design of complete CRM processes, encompassing data models, integration layers, workflows, and user interfaces. You will be instrumental in defining and enforcing CRM development standards based on industry best practices and governance models. The position requires overseeing the implementation and customization of the platform to ensure strict alignment with core business needs, alongside documenting system architecture and data flows for effective knowledge retention. Candidates must possess at least three years of experience with Dynamics 365, proficiency in CRM configuration (including SQL and security settings), and excellent communication skills in English to thrive in this permanent, full-time position offering a flexible working model.
