Job Summary

This pivotal role requires a Data Governance Manager to ensure the accuracy, usability, availability, and security of data generated within the Quality Medicine department. The manager will leverage strong business process expertise to lead the resolution of complex Data Governance demands submitted by key stakeholders across the company. Daily responsibilities include triaging demands, assembling solution teams, and implementing new or amended data structures to optimize Business Intelligence Reporting needs. A core function involves developing, maintaining, and overseeing processes, standards, and systems for Data Governance procedures in alignment with the Data Governance strategy. Candidates must possess significant GxP experience within the pharmaceutical industry (3 years with a PhD or 5 years with an MSc) and demonstrate proven project management skills, along with direct experience as a Management System or Process Lead. The position demands meticulous attention to detail, contributing to overall data integrity and facilitating advanced reporting and analytics, requiring excellent presentation skills in English.

Education

PhD or Master of Science (MSc); Project Management Certification required or equivalent experience

Experience

  • 3 years of GxP experience within the pharmaceutical industry, CROs, or regulatory authorities (with PhD)
  • 5 years of GxP experience within the pharmaceutical industry, CROs, or regulatory authorities (with MSc)
  • 5 years of project management experience, demonstrating increasing complexity of projects managed
  • Direct experience as a Management System, Process, and/or Capability Lead
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Professional experience in quality management processes
