Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Trial Manager to join the Clinical Operation Experimental Medicine team in RCV (Regional Center Vienna). This role involves providing operational expertise to manage and oversee international clinical trials across various therapeutic areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing trial preparation and execution, ensuring deliverables (data, quality, timelines, budget) are met, and actively maintaining relationships with investigators. The ideal candidate will counsel and guide the regional, cross-functional trial team, including CRAs and CRO staff, review trial documents, and ensure timely submissions to Ethics Committees and Competent Authorities. Key requirements include an academic qualification (MD or biological/natural science degree), prior clinical research experience, and thorough knowledge of international and regional regulatory guidelines.
