Job Summary

The Site and Test Field Manager will take on a critical role in the energy technology sector, primarily focusing on the planning and execution of tests and commissioning for High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) transmission systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and coordinating an international team, ensuring strict adherence to contractual requirements, legal regulations, and comprehensive safety standards. The role involves organizing and overseeing Functional System Tests (FST) and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) at various test sites, managing technical clarifications with clients, and supporting risk and claim management activities. Key qualifications include a degree or technical qualification in Electrical or Energy Technology, multi-year experience in commissioning large-scale power plants or distribution systems, and foundational knowledge of Project Management.
