Job Summary
This role involves serving as a Project Engineer specializing in Electronics within the energy technology sector, focusing specifically on electrical machines for nuclear facilities. Key responsibilities include participating in the design and specification of electrical machines, creating and reviewing project documentation such as specifications, qualification records, and test instructions, and conducting studies for modernization projects. The engineer will also oversee manufacturing processes, commissioning, and testing of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards and system engineering requirements. Collaboration within international project teams, working closely with customers, partners, and suppliers, is central to the role. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering and professional experience in designing electrical machines and generators, coupled with strong project coordination skills and proficiency in both German and English.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a comparable field
Experience
- Professional experience in the design of electrical machines and generators
- Extensive knowledge in project planning and coordination of projects
- Experience in the installation, commissioning, or manufacturing of electrical machines (Ideally)
- Knowledge of IEC, IEEE, RCC-E/M, and KTA nuclear regulations (Advantageous)
