Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled Service Technician responsible for both internal support and field installations, acting as a crucial technical point of contact for customers and dealers. Day-to-day tasks involve performing on-site installations at customer locations, providing technical support via phone and email for hardware and software issues, and maintaining accurate records within the ORACLE Netsuite CRM and ERP system. The ideal candidate must possess a completed mechanical or technical apprenticeship, such as a Technician or Mechatronics qualification, coupled with strong proficiency in both German and English.
