Job Summary

This dual-role position seeks a skilled Service Technician responsible for both internal support and field installations. Day-to-day tasks involve performing on-site installations at customer locations, acting as the primary technical contact for inquiries, and managing data within the CRM/ERP system (ORACLE Netsuite). A significant part of the role includes providing remote hardware and software support to customers and dealers via phone and email. The ideal candidate must possess a completed mechanical or technical apprenticeship, such as a Technician or Mechatronics qualification, coupled with professional experience as a Service Technician. Strong proficiency in both German and English, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel (mostly day trips within Germany, averaging two days per week) are essential for success in this dynamic customer-facing role.
