Job Summary

As an IT Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the on-site installation, commissioning, and delivery of IT end devices and peripherals directly to users. Your daily tasks will involve diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on IT client systems and peripherals, as well as providing support to the central IT service desk. You will communicate proactively with users regarding status updates, scheduling, and inquiries, and assist with internal office relocations. Additionally, you will be involved in creating and maintaining documentation, work instructions, and user manuals.
