Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Field Service Engineer to join an IT team in the Fürth area. The primary responsibilities include the on-site installation, commissioning, and delivery of IT end devices and peripherals directly to users. The engineer will also be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on IT client systems and peripherals, and providing support to the central IT service desk. A key aspect of the role involves strong communication with users regarding status updates and scheduling, as well as assisting with internal office moves. The position also requires creating and maintaining documentation, work instructions, and user manuals. The ideal candidate will have a relevant technical or commercial background with IT experience, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented approach.
