Job Summary

This crucial administrative role supports the Implementation Project Management team by handling diverse administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operational flow. Day-to-day responsibilities include the creation of detailed object documentation, developing essential processes, concepts, and instructions, and managing general scheduling and coordination. You will be responsible for monitoring operational units to ensure deadlines are met, performing data entry, and assisting with employee training and intern supervision. This position requires a highly organized individual with either a commercial education or substantial relevant professional experience. Success in this role hinges on your ability to work independently, demonstrate reliability, and maintain a clear overview, even in hectic situations. This is an attractive part-time opportunity (50%) based in Zürich, offering the flexibility of home office work, starting in early 2026.
