Job Summary
The successful candidate will join an interdisciplinary team focusing on the future of real estate management. Key responsibilities include advising clients on the digitalization and optimization of real estate processes, developing tailored data and digitalization concepts, and implementing these concepts in exciting projects across Switzerland. This role is ideal for an analytical thinker with a passion for real estate data and quality awareness. Experience in project management, ideally within data management, digitalization, or real estate, is required. Proficiency in both German and English is essential, with French being an advantage. This position offers the opportunity to actively shape the real estate management sector while working for a preferred data trustee in Switzerland.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree and/or further education in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Science, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in project management, ideally in data management, digitalization, or real estate
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) or comparable applications is advantageous
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, enthusiasm for real estate data, and quality awareness
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and enjoyment of collaborating with people.
