This critical role as a Senior Project Engineer focuses on the overhead contact line systems for the major 2nd S-Bahn Main Line project in Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for the quality-assured and contract-compliant management of planning, construction, supervision, and testing services within the specialty area. Day-to-day tasks involve rigorous monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality, ensuring strict adherence to building regulations, internal guidelines, and official requirements. You will coordinate project stakeholders, manage interfaces with other trades, and handle tender processes, contract awards, and change requests. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical or Energy Technology and proven professional experience in the timely and cost-effective execution of complex construction projects, coupled with strong knowledge of German contract law (VOB, HOAI). This position requires excellent organizational skills, negotiation acumen, and a proactive approach to risk management, contributing directly to the modernization of Germany's vital rail infrastructure.
