Job Summary

This critical role involves managing and coordinating environmental compliance within the major railway expansion project, Aschaffenburg - Hanau-Gelnhausen, for DB InfraGO AG in Frankfurt am Main. The successful candidate will oversee the execution of planning, construction, and supervision services, ensuring strict adherence to environmental permits, regulatory requirements, and contracts, specifically focusing on nature and species conservation and water law. Day-to-day tasks include supporting the review of planning documents, managing the tendering and awarding of environmental planning and construction services, and steering the timely creation of essential environmental reports, such as UVP reports and FFH/SPA compatibility studies. You will act as the key advisor to the project team on environmental risks and coordinate extensively with state authorities. This permanent position requires a degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field, coupled with significant professional experience in environmental project management for large-scale infrastructure projects.
