Job Summary

This role involves serving as the primary technical contact for users, handling inquiries via phone, email, and direct onsite interaction within the Holzkirchen and Munich area. The Onsite Support Specialist is crucial for maintaining technical excellence, providing essential support for critical infrastructure including Microsoft Office 365 (O365), various end devices, and video conferencing systems. Key responsibilities include independently planning and executing software rollouts and updates, as well as managing and adapting existing IT installations in close collaboration with customers. The ideal candidate must possess completed vocational training in IT or equivalent experience, coupled with strong communication skills in both German and English. This full-time position offers a long-term perspective, initially structured as temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover, rewarding technical expertise and customer-focused service.

Experience
