This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in Onsite Support based in Munich, focusing on providing essential 1st and 2nd Level IT services for industrial clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the local IT inventory, executing Hands & Eyes Support, and efficiently resolving Break/Fix tickets. A core part of the job involves performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services to maintain and optimize the client's IT infrastructure.
