Job Summary

This role involves acting as a strategic Recruitment Business Partner for AIRBUS Helicopters in Kassel. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising Hiring Managers on optimal recruitment strategies, defining candidate profiles, and utilizing expertise in sourcing techniques and external labor market knowledge. You will actively participate in candidate selection, conduct interviews (both in-person and virtual) using modern instruments, and represent Airbus at internal and external recruiting events, including maintaining contact with universities and technical colleges. A key focus is translating staffing needs into compelling job advertisements and researching candidate profiles on relevant platforms. You will also participate in national and international recruitment projects. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with several years of professional experience in HR, IT/Information Systems, and operational recruiting. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, along with a high willingness to travel.
