Job Summary

This role involves leading the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into digital education and knowledge management processes within the German Pension Insurance Central Germany (DRV Mitteldeutschland). The Specialist Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing current AI developments, creating strategic concepts, roadmaps, and actionable recommendations for implementation across the organization. Key daily tasks include building and continuously improving a structured, technology-supported knowledge management system, conducting pilot projects to evaluate new technologies, and providing expert consultation and support to teachers and staff on the effective use of digital learning platforms and AI applications. Candidates must possess a relevant university degree in fields like Computer Science or Educational Sciences and at least one year of professional experience in digital education, e-learning, and media literacy promotion, preferably within the public sector.
