Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive IT support, managing service requests, and maintaining IT infrastructure for an IT industry client in Hamburg. The specialist will be responsible for recording, processing, and resolving service requests using a ticketing system, as well as administering and configuring IT infrastructure, including user and authorization management. Key responsibilities also include implementing software and operating system installations, troubleshooting issues for end-users, and performing system updates and security checks.
