Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, passionate about innovation, to join FERCHAU in realizing exciting projects for IT solution providers. Day-to-day responsibilities focus on the autonomous repair, assembly, and disassembly of electronic and mechatronic assemblies and complete devices, strictly following technical guidelines. You will be responsible for comprehensive fault analysis and diagnosis, conducting functional tests using standardized procedures, and ensuring timely processing to meet agreed-upon repair turnaround times. A critical component of the job involves meticulous documentation of repair times, diagnostic data, and quality metrics within the company's IT systems, as well as preparing cost estimates for repairs in close coordination with customer service. The ideal candidate holds a completed technical education in Electronics or Mechatronics, possesses fundamental professional experience in repairing electronic components, and has strong knowledge of hardware/software analysis and modern testing methods. A structured, solution-oriented approach and very good German language skills are essential.
