EIC Planning Engineer | EMSR-Planungsingenieur (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves serving as an Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control (EIC) Planning Engineer, responsible for the full lifecycle of automation systems within the food and chemical sectors. Day-to-day tasks include selecting and specifying all automation technology, encompassing measurement, control, and electrical systems, from initial concept studies through detailed engineering. You will be heavily involved in technical procurement, preparing bids for EIC sub-projects, conducting technical tendering, reviewing offers, and awarding contracts. Furthermore, you will manage interface clarification with adjacent technical disciplines, oversee the inspection and acceptance of electrical and mechanical equipment, monitor EIC installation processes, and ultimately commission the finished plants. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Technology and possesses initial relevant professional experience, particularly with measurement and control technology and CAE planning tools like EPLAN or AutoCAD.
