Job Summary

This role focuses on connecting people and technology by providing comprehensive IT support for internal users. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling IT user support for technical issues related to both hardware and software. You will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and ongoing support of workstations, printing systems, and mobile devices. A significant part of the job involves installing and configuring operating systems and various software solutions. You will analyze and resolve technical faults, primarily acting in First and Second-Level Support, and diligently track all support requests using a ticketing system. Furthermore, you will coordinate and communicate with external partners and internal IT departments. The ideal candidate must hold a completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, possess strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office, and understand basic networking concepts.
