Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive Lead Electrical Specialist to ensure the continuous operational readiness of electrical production and supply systems within a chemical powder manufacturing facility. The core responsibility involves acting as the Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK), ensuring strict adherence to electrical regulations and maintaining the proper condition of all electrical systems and equipment. Day-to-day tasks include managing and accepting work from external electrical contractors, creating and maintaining preventive maintenance plans using a dedicated database, and actively participating in investment projects and new plant commissioning. Candidates must possess a strong background in electrical engineering, evidenced by a Technician or Master qualification (or Bachelor's degree), coupled with significant professional experience in maintaining complex production-related electrical installations. Proficiency with PLC systems (S7, S5) is required, along with the VEFK qualification or the commitment to achieve it. This position offers a chance to leverage long-standing expertise and contribute directly to critical infrastructure management while potentially mentoring apprentices.

Required Skills

Education

Completed training as an Electrician combined with further qualification as an Electrical Engineering Technician or Master Electrician (or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Master).

Experience

  • Several years of experience in the repair and maintenance of electrical systems in a production environment
  • Professional experience ensuring the operational readiness of production and supply systems
  • Experience in managing external electrical contractors and subsequent acceptance of work
  • Experience contributing to the implementation of investment projects for the electrical domain
