Job Summary

This role involves the autonomous management and execution of pioneering energy supply projects within an industrial setting. The Senior Project Manager will take full responsibility for projects, encompassing technical and commercial evaluation, resource allocation (personnel and materials), coordination of project timelines, and final acceptance. A key aspect is the close collaboration with an internal team of site managers, fitters, planners, and cost estimators, as well as managing subcontractors and auxiliary trades. The ideal candidate possesses a completed electrical engineering education, further qualifications as a Master Craftsman or Technician, or a degree in Engineering (preferably electrical energy technology). Success in this position requires extensive professional experience in leading energy supply system installation projects (medium to low voltage), deep knowledge of power supply, and strong organizational skills to maintain long-term customer relationships and provide expert consultation.
