Job Summary

As a Materials Tester, you will be responsible for the meticulous preparation and analysis of various material samples, including grinding, polishing, and embedding using both hot and cold methods. A key part of your day-to-day will involve conducting and evaluating adhesion, hardness, and micro-hardness tests, along with microscopic analysis and X-ray analog inspections. You will also be tasked with independently documenting sample data in the 'Schliffbuch' EDV tool and preparing CVD samples. This role requires a high degree of precision, reliability, and the ability to work independently within a shift system, making it ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in materials testing, especially with prior experience in the aviation sector.
