Job Summary

This Performance Manager role, supporting AIRBUS Operations in Hamburg (Finkenwerder), is central to improving performance transparency and driving process optimization within the A320 Final Assembly Line. Day-to-day responsibilities include leveraging data and advanced systems to enhance performance visibility, developing and maintaining automated workflows, and performing complex data extraction, cleaning, and analysis to provide actionable insights. A key function is leading the Recurrent Cost (RC) convergence and acting as a critical liaison between production, IT, and management teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and cross-departmental alignment. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Technology, coupled with professional experience in controlling, manufacturing, and data analysis. Required competencies include knowledge of Project Management, Change Management, and proficiency in tools like SAP and Google Workspace, along with fluent German and proficient English skills.
