Job Summary

This role provides essential support to the HR Controlling and Data Analytics team at AIRBUS Defence and Space in Taufkirchen. The primary focus is on managing the lifecycle of HR data, including its collection, validation, and processing from diverse sources. A core responsibility involves assisting in the creation and upkeep of critical HR dashboards and reports, utilizing tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. The specialist will conduct fundamental data analyses to pinpoint trends, anomalies, and areas for process improvement within HR metrics, ensuring stringent data accuracy and integrity across all reporting activities. Additionally, the position requires providing administrative support, including scheduling and documentation management, and collaborating with HR colleagues to meet their data requirements. Candidates must possess a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Data Science) and demonstrated professional experience in Controlling, HR, and Data Analysis, along with business-fluent German and English skills.
