Job Summary

This high-visibility, global role involves leading the development and execution of the Process Solutions (PS) strategy, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy Development. The Senior Manager will act as a critical thought partner, working cross-functionally with R&D, commercial, and operations teams to identify key growth drivers and address challenges. Daily tasks include conducting deep, data-driven analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs, defining emerging growth opportunities, and articulating strategic options for BioProcessing. A core responsibility is developing comprehensive business plans for new initiatives, including detailed financial modeling. The ideal candidate must possess 3-5 years of management consulting experience, preferably from a top-tier firm, coupled with a strong background in the pharma/life science sector. This position requires superior analytical skills, the ability to simplify complex findings for senior leadership, and strong project management capabilities, offering excellent career advancement opportunities while allowing remote work flexibility across Europe.
