Job Summary
This role involves joining a project team focused on planning and constructing heating and cooling supply systems. The technician will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and implementation of electrical engineering, measurement, control, and regulation (MCR) systems. Key day-to-day tasks include performing cost calculations for electrical and MCR systems during the conceptual phase, preparing preliminary planning documents, and creating tender specifications. The successful candidate will coordinate extensively with various stakeholders, including authorities, grid operators, and contractors, ensuring all planning documents comply with execution standards. This position requires a strong technical background in electrical systems construction and proven project management experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to making Vienna climate-ready for the future within a supportive team environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical education (HTL, FH, University) in Electrical Engineering
Experience
- Professional experience and expertise in electrotechnical plant construction
- Several years of experience in leading projects in electrotechnical plant construction
