This full-time, permanent position based in Vienna requires an experienced technician to ensure the optimal functioning of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions, performing routine maintenance such as inspecting V-belts and filters, and potentially replacing motor and fan bearings. The role demands meticulous documentation of work orders and material consumption, as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. When complex issues arise, the technician is responsible for escalating them to the appropriate management or external contractors. Candidates must possess a completed technical education, ideally in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Installation Technology, coupled with strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and good proficiency in MS Office.
