Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Specialist in Development and Architecture to drive complex end-to-end digitalization projects at DZ BANK, Germany's second-largest commercial bank. The specialist will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and delivering IT applications primarily utilizing Java/SpringBoot and TypeScript/Angular technologies. Day-to-day activities include ensuring high code quality, executing the full development lifecycle from design and testing to documentation, and modeling complex business processes using BPMN, including managing the central BPMN platform. A key aspect of the role involves providing technical leadership to external developers (onshore/nearshore) and defining architectural guidelines for the BPMN platform. Candidates must bring a minimum of six years of professional experience in these technologies, coupled with deep knowledge of modern architectural patterns like Microservices and proficiency in agile development practices (Scrum) and tools like JIRA and Gitlab.
