Job Summary

This role involves managing the technical execution and contract-compliant handling of switchgear construction projects. The Construction Manager will be responsible for creating measurements, supplementary invoices, and billing documents, while also coordinating procurement, scheduling, and acceptance of contractual services within budget constraints. A key part of the job is supervising manufacturing processes and acting as the central contact person for workshop personnel. The ideal candidate possesses a recognized qualification in electrical engineering, preferably a technician or master craftsman certification, along with experience in project coordination and leadership. They must demonstrate strong knowledge of DIN and VDE regulations, excellent organizational and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently to resolve problems.
